What a way to end this series!! All the pieces of the mysterious puzzle fall into place, questions are answered, fences are mended, hearts are broken, and justice is served!
At the end of book 2, we find Matt suffering critical injuries. Now, both his recovery and his future are uncertain and both Declan and Jake sit at his bedside, desperate not to lose him. With Jake's help, Declan's suspicions are confirmed, more parts of his past are discovered, and a plan is put in motion to right what was wrong, and bring those responsible to justice. Even so, happiness seems just out of reach. Distance makes the heart grow fonder. Right?
Don't worry! Despite how heart-breaking parts of this story are, there is a happy ending. Just read the title! I have fallen in love with all of these characters. I was highly defensive and protective of Matt through the series. I just felt like he was mine! I loved Declan and just wanted him to be happy, no matter what choice he made. I was suspicious of Jake after what he did to Matt, but I ended up really liking him. I am so sad to see this series end, but am looking forward to what this author has in store for us in the future! - I have been team Jake since finishing Book 1 (Thou Shalt Not Love). This book has all the same emotional words that I have come to expect from Zane Michaelson as well as several unexpected twists and turns. All my questions were answered with this book and I was completely on pins and needles waiting to see who would finally win Matty's heart, even though he will always love both Declan and Jake. It was amazing to see some past relationships repaired, and misunderstandings cleared up. I will not tell you if my team won as you will have to read this book yourself to find out, but regardless of which team you are on, you will not be disappointed with any part of this book. The writing was amazing and the ending was beautiful.
- Once again Zane delivered an amazing ending to an outstanding series. Book 3 picks up where book 2 en;ded, I was on pins and needles waiting to find out what happened to our Matt. Matt and Declan along with Jake our on a mission to find out the truth of why they were left in an orphanage. Twists and turns will keep you wondering what will happen next. Matt and Declan also have to decide what kind of future they each want. I highly recommend this book it is well written and the characters are very well developed. I was sad to see the series end, I'll miss reading about the adventures they have.
- What an awesome conclusion to the Forbidden Love series by Zane Michaelson! In book three, we get to see the final paths that Matt, Declan and Jake all take on their journeys. My heart had a definite ending that it was yearning for and I wasn't disappointed!!!
Zane has an incredible way of captivating the reader from page 1 and keeping them on the edge of their seat until the end. This book was an incredible read and I highly recommend the series! Well done Zane!!!!! Cannot wait to read more by Zane Michaelson. - WOW! I can really say I did cry through this book. This is the final book in the series and what a book. It is full of surprises, twists and turns, sad and happy moments. It is a HEA ending and well worth the read, but just have your kleenex handy. I love this series. I was not a fan of MM, but reading Zane Michaelson books has changed my thinking. He has been there and done that and you can feel it in his writing. Enjoy.

The story is full of twists and turns and has you on the edge of your seat till the very last chapter. The suspense in the last chapter about killed me, but I loved how it ended.
