• Ivy this book was amazing! Yes you show all kinds of emotions in this book. You left us hanging wanted more. I feel for James. Penny wakes up but doesn’t remember him or their family. She thinks she is nineteen again. How can James convince her they are happily married. He tries everything he can. He has a wife that doesn’t remember him. A newborn son Liam that is fighting for his life from being born early, a three and half year old that doesn’t understand why mommy looks like mommy but doesn’t act like mommy. He is fighting for his wife. It’s hard to deal with but he is trying. Please hurry for the next book! I can’t wait for this!!
• For those who havent read this series or book yet , what the hell are you waiting for ?!!

  Well, I must concur wholeheartedly with the rest of the reviews. I so wanted to beat up Penny for how foolish she was in this installment of the series. However it was beautifully written . I was not only able to roll My eyes and laugh , but sympathize with the situation but especially with James` perspective. As I have previously stated I have become attached with these characters , I `ve grown with them and I cant imagine that this up- coming book will be its last !! Am heart brokenly smitten over those characters and will be devastated to lose them , Back to wondering around for another form of entertainment. ( Roll Eyes)
  
  I must implore, Ms. Smoak to reconsider her decision in this being the end of James and Penny`s story. In My opinion those two Are her best work ! In continuing with their story will ensure more success and her books to be a household name like the Danielle Steel novels My mom used to read. I believe in Your work its beautiful, soulful, and so relatable.
  You can read about so much things with James and Penny .
  
  I can Not Wait to see what happens next to them, Baby Liam , Scarlett and the rest of the other characters .
• I absolutely love Penny and James and I'm so happy to see them again but I tell you these cliffhangers are killing me. I just want them to have a happily ever after!!!! I love them and I know I'll miss them but instead of not letting them be happy, we could have follow-ups and see their life progressing OR put it all in one book and just double. LOL!. Anyway, I intended to only read a few chapters but now it's 3 hours later and almost 3 a.m. in the morning and I've finished and hating that I have to wait 2 months for the last book in the series. Please, please, please let James and Penny get their happily ever after in the next book. I'm eagerly awaiting January 29!!! Highly recommend all of the James and Penny books but just know you'll be left hanging in each one.
• If you've read any of my reviews you know that I LOVE to read! I am picky about what I read and even pickier about those I review. From the very first book I was hooked on Penny and James. So very real and such a deep love they share. Ivy brings all her characters to life, so much so that you want to be one of them. Extremely graphic sex scenes....and very real. That just makes Penny and James more human. I, too, read this newest book in less than 3 hours and now I regret reading it so fast. You don't want this story to end, and I am eagerly awaiting the last book.
• This has been one of my favorite series and I was excited, but nervous to see how this one would play out. I have loved reading Penny & James' love story and these two have been through so much. This book presents them with the toughest test they've faced and I wanted so many times to reach through my kindle and shake Penny and tell her what to do. This book will break your heart, put it back together and then break it all over again.

  This book broke my heart and made me mad..made me cry...and laugh all in one. Love love love it.
  The whole series is fascinating.
  Pennie and James make an amazing team and the heat between the two is undeniable. Iv read other professor/student books but this one is by far the most detailed... intreging..and loveable of all. I instantly fell in love with all the characters. From undeniable attraction to scandal to mind blowing love...it has it all!!!!! A must read for anyone who loves a good love story with ALL the ups and downs.
  Ivy smoak has a way of putting u on the edge of your seat and keeping u there. 😍😊
  Keep up the good work ivy.....ill be waiting for more. 😄

• Wow we are back with James & penny! So much chaos and drama our poor couple will our poor girl get her memory back? This is the 7th book to their series and I can’t wait till Jan I’m happy and sad in a way but glad to see their story is coming to a happy ending soon! I have enjoyed reading James & penny!
• As a busy mother and grandmother with a very demanding job, I've really never had time to read books, much less an entire series. But I happened to pick this up last summer while recovering from surgery. Wow. Penny and James captured my heart from the beginning and once I start another book in the series, I cannot stop! I, too, tried to stretch this one out but I couldn't put it down! They just keep getting better. I don't know what I'll do after the final book, because my expectations are so high now that it will be hard to find another series to captivate my attention. Thank you Ivy Smoak. You are a brilliant author.
